| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法；流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（48：52：1）；检测波长：286nm。结果水飞蓟宾在0．2380～2．380μg范围内线性关系良好，其回归方程为：Y=2．146×10^6X＋1．818×10^3，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为98．17％，RSD=1．3％。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好，可作为复方益肝灵片的质量控制方法。

Determination of Silybin in Fufang Yiganling Tablet by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of silybin in Fufang Yiganling tablet. Methods RP-HPLC was used and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （48 ： 52 ： 1）. The detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The calibration curve of Silybin was linear in the range of 0.238 0-2.380 μg, linear equation： Y=2.146×10^6X＋1.818×10^3, r=0.9999, with average recovery of 98.17% （RSD=1.3%）. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of silybin in Fufang Yiganling tablet. |
