个性化护理对老年糖尿病病人血糖的影响

[目的]观察实施个性化护理对老年糖尿病病人血糖的影响。[方法]将100例老年2型糖尿病病人随机分为对照组和实验组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化护理，随访1年，比较两组病人的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白。[结果]实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]实施个性化护理有助于老年糖尿病病人的血糖控制。

Influence of personalized care on blood sugar level of elderly diabetic patients

Objective：To observe the influence of implementation of individu-al humane care on the blood sugar level of elderly diabetic patients. Methods： A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided in-to control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each, patients in the control group received conventional care, the experimental group patients were given to personalized care on the basis of conventional care and follow-up for 1 year,then the fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups of pa-tients. Results： fasting plasma glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group patients were significant- ly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The imple-mentation of individualized care is helpful of the blood sugar control of elder-ly diabetic patients.
