乙型肝炎患者抗病毒感染治疗临床观察

目的探讨拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取来该院就诊的66例乙型肝炎患者,采用分组的方式进行治疗,对照组仅进行常规治疗,研究组患者在进行常规治疗的基础上给予拉米夫定治疗,用法用量为口服1次/d,20mg/次。两组患者均持续治疗12个月,对比两组患者病毒学指标检测结果,进行统计学分析。结果研究组乙型肝炎患者经过12个月治疗后,其HbeAg阳性率以及HBVDNA定量均较治疗前有显著减少,而减少幅度较对照组患者明显;研究组患者经治疗后HbeAb阴性率较治疗前有显著增加,且增加幅度较对照组患者明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用利尿、输入新鲜血浆以及白蛋白、保肝等治疗手段,联合拉米夫定进行抗病毒治疗,可达到较为满意的临床效果,提高患者的生存期,值得临床推广应用。

In Patients with Hepatitis B Virus Infection Therapy Clinical Observation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis. Methods To the hospital in 66 patients with hepatitis B, the grouping approach for treatment, the control group only underwent routine therapy, the study group patients in routine therapy was given based on lamivudine therapy for oral administration, usage and dosage of 1 times/ d, 20 mg/ each time. Two groups of patients were continued for 12 months, compared to two groups of patients with virological parameters of test results, statistical analysis. Results The study group consisted of patients with hepatitis B after 12 months after treatment, the positive rates of HbeAg and HBV quantitative DNA was significantly reduced, and the reduction in amplitude than the control group patients were significantly; study of patients with HbeAb negative rate significantly increased, and the increase in amplitude than the control group of patients was, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of diuretic, input of fresh plasma and albumin, liver and other means of treatment, combined with lamivudine antiviral therapy, can achieve satisfactory clinical effect, improve survival of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
