实验性全厚板层角膜移植术的免疫组织学研究

目的对全厚板层角膜移植术后不同时期免疫状态的改变进行观察,以探讨该术式的可行性。方法将２２只受体兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组单眼施行全厚板层角膜移植术,对照组单眼施行穿透性角膜移植术,依据不同的实验阶段采取标本,在光镜和电镜下观察,同时应用ＡＢＣ染色法标记纤维连接蛋白（ＦＮ）。结果采用秩和检验,２组排斥反应积分相比较,实验组小于对照组。ＦＮ测定显示对照组术后ＦＮ较多,颜色较深,实验组症状反应较轻,持续时间较短。结论本实验证明全厚板层角膜移植术是一种更为安全可靠的手术方式

Experimental studies on the immunohistology of fullthickness lamellar keratoplasty

Objective To observe the immunohistologic changes of the rabbits after fullthickness lamellar keratoplasty in different stages and to discuss the feasibility of fullthickness lamellar keratoplasty.ZMethods Twentytwo rabbits were devided into two groups randomly:experimental group and control group.One eye of every experimental rabit was performmed fullthickness lamellar keratoplasty and one eye of every control group rabbit was performmed on penetrating keratoplasty.According to the different experiment stages,samples were collected and observed under the optic microscope and the electronic microscope.Meanwhile ABC dying methods were applied to trace the fibronection. Result Rank sum test showed the rejection score of the experimental group is lower than that of the control group. The inflammation of the experimental group is lighter with short persistent time.There were more fibromection of the corneas in the control group with darker colour. Conclusion This experiment showed that fullthickness lamellar keratoplasty is a safe and comfortable surgery.
