| 摘 要： | 一般综合征多有心脏器质性改变,反射常常为心脏单纯功能异常,反射亦常加重心脏器质性病变,甚至引起心跳、呼吸骤停等现象。临床表现多种多样,需要全面综合分析才能诊断,以治疗原发的消化系统疾病为主,心脏一般仅需要对症处理。

| Abstract: | The general syndrome often has organic heart changes,while reflection often has simple functional heart disorder,which often aggratates organic heart changes,and even results the phenomena of sudden stop in heartbeat and breathing and so on Because of its various clinical manifestation,its diagnosis needs general analysis,its therapy should put its therapeutic emphasis on the therapy of digestive diseases.while heart just needs heteropathy. |
