声学定量技术评价冠心病心绞痛患者左房左室功能

本文应用声学定量技术对70例冠心病心绞痛患者和30例正常组左房左室功能进行分析,并按左室大小分为左室增大组22例和左室正常组48例.结果表明:冠心病心绞痛总组的左房与左室收缩舒张功能较正常对照组相比明显降低,冠心病心绞痛左室增大组的左室收缩功能较冠心病心绞痛左室正常组相比明显降低、左房大小有随冠心病严重程度而增大趋势.该法快速简便,能很好地反映冠心病心绞痛患者的左房左室功能.

Assement of Left Atrium and Left Venticular Function in Angina Pectoris Patients by Acoustic Quantification Technology

Using Acoustic Quantification (AQ) technology to analyse left atium and left vetricualr func-tion in 30 case of nomal subjects and 70 case of angina pectoris (AP) patients. According to left ventricular diameter (LVD) , AP patients were subdivided into LVD enlarge group (n = 22) and LVD normal group (n = 48) . The resulsts showed that LA and LV systolic and diastolic funtion in total AP group were sigifficantly lower than that in normal group; LV systolic function in LVD enlarge group were signifficantly Lower than that in LVD normal group, LA area enlarged with the severity of CHD, AQ technology is a rapid and simple method to estimate heart function it is a value way to reflect heart function.
