| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在校医学研究生心理健康现状,为心理咨询工作人员和研究生管理工作者提供参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对2,000名医学研究生进行SCL-90问卷调查,调查方式采用自评填写问卷,并与全国常模比较。结果医学研究生的总分、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病性与全国常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不同性别、婚姻状况、民族、年级、专业的研究生心理健康水平存在差异。结论多数医学研究生的心理健康状况与中国正常成人心理健康状况相近,且有优于中国正常成人心理健康状况的趋势。
