| 摘 要： | 肺挫裂伤是战伤和交通伤常见的损伤 ,伤后可出现全身和局部炎症介质和炎性因子的释放为特征的全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS) ,除伤侧肺损伤外 ,还可导致对侧肺的损害 ,严重的肺挫裂伤是诱发急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的直接原因 ,早期治疗可以阻止其进行性发展而避免ARDS的发生。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary contusion is a common lesion occurring in patients with blunt chest trauma in traffic accident and thoracic injury in the war time. Significant local and systemic inflammatory response can be detected in the post traumatic phase,which is characterized by the release of inflammatory cytokines and mediators,not only in the contused lung but also in the contralateral lung. The progressive lung contusion is regarded as a direct cause of ARDS. Early treatment might limit its development and prevent the incident of the ARDS. |
