颅脑手术后负压引流效果分析

目的比较颅脑手术后负压引流和非负压引流的治疗效果。方法回顾我院自2003-2008年的手术后病人,采集负压引流和非负压引流的病例,并分为2组。Ⅰ组:147例,为负压引流病例,Ⅱ组:135例,为非负压引流病例。设定皮瓣坏死、伤口感染、皮下积液、皮下积血为阳性指标,所有数据总结后经卡方检测。结论负压引流并发症明显少有对照组,负压引流有利于减少术后皮下积液、积血、皮瓣坏死、感染的发生,有利于组织愈合。
