| 摘 要： | 失语是脑卒中后导致患者生活质量下降的重要原因之一，对脑功能结构、语言认知过程及其机制的了解是准确诊断失语症及进行有效康复的基础。本文作者综述了影响失语症恢复的相关因素，以及失语症患者语言功能区的重组，回顾性分析判断失语症恢复程度的标准，试图为失语症患者的康复训练提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | Aphasia is an important cause of declining the living level, and the diagnosis and rehabilitation of aphasia depends on knowledge about the structure of brain and the process of language cognitive. The authors reviewed some correlative factors of recovery from aphasia, language areas recombine after stroke and the criterion of judgement prognosis, and tried to offer some theory guidance to aphasia patient for their rehabilitation. |
