| 摘 要： | 研究表明,促红细胞生成素(EPO)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有神经保护作用,EPO能明显抑制脑缺血诱导的神经细胞凋亡,对缺氧缺血导致损伤的神经元有一定的保护作用.其机制可能包括抑制NO过度合成、抗谷氨酸兴奋毒性等.

| Abstract: | Studies have shown that erythropoietin (EPO)may have neuroprotective effect on hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE). EPO could inhibit the neuron apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia and EPO could have neuroprotective effects to the neurons injured by hypoxia and ischemia. Its mechanisms may include inhibiting nitric oxide oversynthesis, protecting against glutamate-induced excitotoxicity, etc. |
