| 摘 要： | 临床新技术实施有赖于科学有效的过程管理。通过对临床新技术实施过程输入、输出分析，提出通过5个方面的输入因素控制，确保医疗安全和创新质量，并对输入控制、首例开展和紧急叫停等3个关键问题进行了重点讨论。
