摘    要:目的探讨头皮性激素受体在男性型秃发(male pattern baldness,MPB)发生机制中的作用。方法2001年7月至2003年6月,采用荧光组织化学方法,对13例接受过自体头发移植术患者的供、受区头皮及头发对应组织中雌、雄激素受体进行检测,并分别进行对比研究。结果头发移植术后,各实验对象供区与受区相应移植组织中,其性激素受体的含量对比,差异无统计学意义。结论供体毛胚移植到受区(原脱发区)后,其局部组织性激素受体的含量不会发生改变。从另一角度佐证了头皮及头发性激素受体的含量异常,在MPB发生中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor (ER) on male pattern baldness (MPB). Methods The contents of AR and ER in donor and recipient sites of scalps after hair autografting were determinated in 13 cases of MPB. Fluorescent steroid hormone conjugate technique was employed in this study. Results There was no statistical difference in the contents of AR and ER between donor site and grafted scalps in recipient site. Conclusion After the donor tissues are transplanted to the recipient site (the former baldness site), there is no change in contents of AR and ER. The abnormal change of the content of AR and ER in scalp plays an important role in MPB development.
