| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹腔镜行输尿管手术的临床疗效。方法对19例输尿管疾病患者采用经腹腔镜行输尿管手术，其中输尿管上段切开取结石术14例，肾盂输尿管成形术3例，输尿管下段整形膀胱再植术2例。结果19例手术均成功，术中出血量20—80ml，平均约45ml，术后住院时间4—12d，平均7d。所有患者随访2—6个月，静脉肾盂造影（IVU）或B超均提示肾积水明显改善，无输尿管狭窄。结论经腹腔镜输尿管手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等特点，疗效肯定，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ureteral operation with laparoscopy.Methods Nineteen patients with ureteral diseases were treated with laparoscopy.In these cases,14 cases underwent ureterolithotomy;3 cases,pyeloureteroplasty;2 cases,ureterovesical reimplantation.Results All the operations were successful.The intraoperative blood loss was 20-80ml(mean 45ml).And the postoperative hospitalization was 4-12days(mean 7d).No complications occurred during operation and the follow up period was 2-6 months in 19 cases.Conclusion The ureteral operation with laparoscopy has the advantages of minimal invasion,less blood loss and rapid postoperative rehabilitation.It is an effective and practical procedure. |
