| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下介入治疗肝、肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法:30例33个肝囊肿,45例48个肾囊肿,均在CT引导下穿刺囊肿抽液后用无水乙醇治疗,无水乙醇量为抽液量的25%左右,使用18~21 G穿刺针。术后3~12个月行B超或CT随访。结果:30例33个肝囊肿,囊肿消失21个,缩小9个,无变化3个,有效率90.9%;45例48个肾囊肿,囊肿消失30个,缩小12个,无变化6个,有效率87.5%。无严重并发症。结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺治疗肝、肾囊肿是一种安全有效的方法。
