腰椎间盘突出症的中医综合治疗临床观察

目的　观察中医综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法　我科近年收治 116例腰椎间盘突出症随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组采用中医综合治疗法治疗 5 8例 ,对照组为牵引治疗 5 8例 ,观察比较两组的临床效果。结果　治疗组总有效率为 96.5 5 %,对照组总有效率为 87.93 %,经统计学处理 ,Ridit分析 ,进行u检验 ,u =3 .0 168,>2 .5 76,P <0 .0 1,两组间差异有显著性。结论 :治疗组疗效优于对照组

Clinical observation of traditional medicine synthetically therapy of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk

Objective Clinincal effect of treationg prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk was observed.Methods 116 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk hospitalized in recent years were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group.Therapeutic group was treated with traditional medicine synthetically therapy,control group with traction,clinical effect was observed.Results The total efficiency of therapeutic group was 96.55%,the total efficiency of control group was 87.93%,after statistics handle,Ridit analysis u test were performed,u=3.0168,>2.567,P<0.01,there was significant difference between therapeutic and control group.Conclusions Therapeutic effect of therapeutic group preceded control group.
