| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 使用AgilentDx型超声诊断仪对104例乳腺肿块的病人双侧乳腺多切面对比扫查。结果 104例乳腺肿块均行手术切除及病理组织学检查，其中恶性肿块64例，良性肿块40例：结论 超声可实现动态观察，根据乳腺肿瘤的声像图特点，可大大提高乳腺肿块的超声诊断率一

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing breast tumors. Methods Ultrasound system(agilentDX), was used to examine both mammary glands of 104patients. Results All patients with breast tumors were verified by surgical operation and histopathology. Among them were, 64 malignanly,40 benign. Conclusion Ultrasonography gives real time observation of breast tumors . The diagnostic efficiency of ultrasonography can be raised based on the features of breast tumors on ultrasonography. |
