病房感染控制流程的建立与循证医学的应用研究

目的 探讨循证医学应用于病房感染控制流程建立和应用.方法 观察组引入循证医学和流程管理理论,综合评价与具体情况相结合,建立病房感染控制工作流程;而对照组不采用循证医学建立的控制感染流程.比较两组医院感染病人发病率等各项监测指标.结果 医院感染病人发病率、无菌物品管理、卫生学监测、医护人员洗手依从性、职业暴露等各项监测指标与采用循证方法流程管理前相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 应用循证医学的方法,建立医院病房感染控制流程,使病房感染控制工作具有可操作性和实用性.即保护医务人员职业安全,又为医院感染控到工作提供了一个规范的管理方法.

Application of evidence -based medicine in establishing infection control process in wards

Objective To explore using evidence- based medicine to establish infection control process in wards. Methods Under the guidance of evidence - based medicine and process management theory, investiga-ring and collecting relevant materials on hospital infection, searching the related literatures from the evidence-based medicine (EBM) websites (MEDLINE database, etc) and undertaking comprehensive evaluation, the in-fection control process in wards was established in connection with practice, then using it in internal medicine and surgery wards. Results Before and after using infection control process, there were significant differences in the incidence of hospital infection of inpatients, the management of aseptic materials, hygienic monitoring, hand-washing compliance of medical staff and occupational exposure (P<0.05) . Conclusions Using EBM in estab-lishing infection control process in wards makes infection control maneuverability, practicability, more scientific and standardized.
