湿润烧伤膏用于微波治疗慢性鼻炎后黏膜恢复的临床观察

目的探讨微波热凝治疗慢性鼻炎后治疗区域涂布湿润烧伤膏后能否减轻治疗后产生的症状及加快黏膜创面愈合的可能性以及该药物对微波治疗效果有无影响。方法1998年5月至2001年3月慢性肥厚性鼻炎病人68例，施行微波双下鼻甲热凝治疗，治疗后一例鼻腔治疗区域涂布湿润烧伤膏，另一侧予呋喃西林麻黄素及薄荷油滴鼻。每日复诊清理鼻腔，并涂布湿润烧伤膏。至创面愈合，记录黏膜愈合时间。黏膜愈合后两个月复诊观察症状及体征并做疗效评估。结果成功随访59例118侧鼻腔。其中，湿润烧伤膏涂布侧鼻腔黏膜愈合时间平均11天，呋喃西林麻黄素侧鼻腔平均15．5天。经统计学处理具有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）；涂布湿润烧伤膏侧鼻腔无干燥及疼痛感，滴麻黄素薄荷油侧鼻腔均出现干燥及疼痛感；治疗后两个月按显效、有效、无效评估，涂布湿润烧伤膏侧鼻腔与滴麻黄素、薄荷油侧鼻腔总有效率相同。结论微波热凝治疗慢性鼻炎后，治疗区涂布湿润烧伤膏能够加速创面愈合，能够有效的防治鼻腔干燥及疼痛等微波治疗的不良反应，并且安全，不影响微波治疗效果。

A clinical observation of moist exposedburn ointment(MEBO) for mucous membrane recovery after microwave raying for chronic rhinitis

Objective To study the possibilities for lighting symptoms and recover effect after coating MEBO in the area which has treated with microwave,and study the influence upon microwave treatment by using MEBO.Methods From May 1998 to March 2001,68patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated by thermal caocervation of inferior turbinate with microwave,coated MEBO in the treat area in one side of the nasal cavity,and dipped the furacin ephedrine mint oil in the other side of nasal cavity,cleaned and coated MEBO on both nasal cavity side everyday until full recovery,and recorder the coalescent time.Two month later,further consultation for observing symptom and physical sign of patient,and than wrote the theraputic evaluations.Results Follow up 59 case(118sides of nasal cavity),in that the coalescent period is 11 days on average of coating MEBO and 15.5 days on average of dipping furacin ephedrine.Statistical treat show the difference is high and significant(P<0.01);there was no dry and ached felling in the side of nasal cavity,which coated MEBO,regret that the other side which dripped furacin ephedrine and mint oil has.After two months treatment,the total efficiency rates are the same of coating MEBO and dripping ephedrine and mint oil.Conclusion Coated with MEBO in the treatment surface of skin can accelerate it coalesce after microwave treatment for patient with chronic rhinitis,can reaction such as dry and ache felling in the nasal cavity which caused by microwave therapy,safe and no influence the upon the effects of the microwave therapy.
