胰岛素泵持续皮下注射与每日多次皮下注射治疗妊娠期糖尿病疗效观察

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素泵持续皮下注射（CSⅡ）和每日多次皮下注射（MSⅡ）临床疗效。方法选择妊娠期糖尿病患者经饮食运动治疗血糖控制不佳的40例患者，20例应用CSⅡ治疗，20例应用MSⅡ治疗，观察两组血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生、并发症发生。结果CSⅡ组比MSⅡ组更短时间控制血糖，胰岛素用量更少，低血糖发生减少，母婴并发症明显减少，患者依从性更好。结论胰岛素泵在妊娠糖尿病患者中使用安全有效。

The therapeutic effects by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion and multiple subcutaneous insulin imagusion in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects by continuous subcutaneous insulin ininfusion and multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods We choiced forty patients with gestational diabetes mellitis. Twenty patients were treated by CSⅡ, twenty patients were treated by MSⅡ. We analysised the days for achieving good control of blood glucose, the insulin dosage, the incidence of hypoglycemia and complication. Results The days for achieving good control of blood glucose and insulin dosage in CSⅡ groups were lower than in MSⅡ groups. The incidence of hypoglycemia and complication of mother and baby in CSⅡ groups were lower than in MSⅡ groups. The compliance of patients were better in CSⅡ groups than in MSⅡ groups. Conclusion Insulin pump is effective and safe with gestational diabetes mellitis.
