水体中二氧化氯浓度测定方法的对比研究

摘    要:目的研究水体中二氧化氯浓度测定方法。方法采用改良五步碘量法与分光光度计方法,对相同水体中二氧化氯浓度进行比对检测。结果用仪器法测得某水厂出厂水中二氧化氯余量平均为0.126 mg/L,改良五步碘量法测得相同水中二氧化氯平均余量为0.116 mg/L。用仪器法测得低浓度、较高浓度和高浓度溶液中二氧化氯平均含量分别为8.76、153和631 mg/L;用改良五步碘量法测得的二氧化氯平均含量分别为8.74、152和631 mg/L。两种方法测定结果之间差异无统计学意义。结论仪器法和改良五步碘量法测定水体中二氧化氯浓度的结果一致,分别可取长补短,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To compare analytical methods for determing chlorine dioxide content in water using in various conditions.Methods Modified five-step iodometry and DR2400 spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of chlorine dioxide in water.Results were tested by matched data t-test.Results The trace concentration of chlorine dioxide in water came from some water plant determined by instrumental analysis was 0.126 mg/L,while that determined by five-step iodometry was 0.116 mg/L.The low concentration、medium concentration、high concentration of chlorine dioxide in solutions determined by instrumental analysis were 8.76,153,631 mg/L respectively,while those determined by five-step iodometry were 8.74,152,631 mg/L respectively.There were no significant differences in chlorine dioxide concentrations determined by these two methods.Conclusion The determination results of modified five-step iodometry and field instrumental analysis are consistent.They can be used for determination of chlorine dioxide content in various conditions.
