靳三针治疗中风后偏瘫临床观察

目的观察靳三针治疗中风后偏瘫患者神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）、日常生活活动能力（ADL）、功能综合评定（FCA）量表的变化。方法收集80例合格受试患者,平均入选靳三针组和康复组。于治疗前、治疗后14d及28d评定NDS、ADL、FCA评分。结果靳三针组治疗后14d及28d与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,与康复组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论靳三针治疗中风后偏瘫效果良好,远期疗效较近期疗效增加;靳三针治疗效果优于康复治疗。

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Jin Three Needles in Treating Post-stroke Hemiplegia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jin three needles using the Neurological Deficit Score（NDS）,the Activities of Daily Living（ADL） and the Functional Capacity Assessment（FCA） in post-stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods Eighty eligible patients were recruited as subjects and evenly allocated to Jin three needles and rehabilitation groups.In the Jin three needles groups,Jin three needles was used as main points;temporal three needles was used as scalp acupuncture points;Qchi（LI11）,Waiguan（TE5） and Hegu（LI4,flaccid paralysis） or Jiquan（HT1）,Chize（LU5） and Neiguan（PC6,spastic paralysis） on the affected limb were selected as hand three needles;Futu（LI18）,Zusanli（ST36） and Taichong（LR3,flaccid paralysis） or Shuxi（Ex）,Yinlingquan（SP9） and Sanyinjiao（SP6,spastic paralysis） on the affected limb were selected as foot three needles,with adjunct points added according to the syndrome.The NDS,ADL and FCA scores were counted before and at 14 and 28 days after treatment.Results There was a statistically significant difference between at 14 or 28 days after treatment and before in the Jin three needles group（P0.05,P0.01） and between the Jin three needles and rehabilitation groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Jin three needles have a good therapeutic effect on post-stroke hemiplegia.The long-term effect is better than the short-term one.The therapeutic effect of Jin three needles is superior to that of rehabilitation.
