药剂科组织文化建设的实践与思考

摘    要:目的:探讨如何建设一个与医疗环境相适应,医院文化相匹配的药剂科文化。方法:从组织管理的角度出发,结合实践阐述对于药剂科组织文化建设的思考和体会。结果和结论:在新的医疗卫生体制改革环境下.医院药剂科应借助刚性的政策制度和柔性的管理投入.构建能够发挥作用的组织文化,充分调动人员的积极性.最大程度地提高管理绩效.从而突出自身的竞争优势.保持良好的专业发展态势。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss how to build an organizational culture which is adapted for the medical environment and hospital culture. Methods: From the perspective of organizational management, to combine with practice and expound the views about building organizational culture. Results & Conclusion: Under the changing health system circumstance, hospital pharmacy should take the advantage of the rigid policies and flexible management methods and develop its intrinsic organizational values to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and improve the management performance, thus maintain the healthy professional developing trend.
