| 摘 要： | 非何杰金淋巴瘤白血病(NHLL)是非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)常见的并发症,其生存期短,预后盖。本文报告了生存1年以上的NHLL病人38例,探讨了与生存期有关的一些因素。结果表明,病理为低度恶性,骨髓细胞形态学分型为小淋巴细胞型(SL)及幼淋巴细胞型(PL),无全身症状,无内脏浸润,初治有效者生存期校长。

| Abstract: | Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma leukemia is a common complication of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Its survival time is short and prognosis is poor. 38 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma leukemia whose survival time was over one year were reported in this article. They were diagnosed by pathology and hematology and were all followed long time. We studied the relation of the survival time to some factors, The result showed that low malignant pathological type, Small lymphocyte or prolymphocyte type of bone marrow Cell morphology, no general symptom, no internal organ invasion, first effective treatment had a long survival time. |
