摘    要:利用神经髓鞘蛋自PMP-22基因(一种细胞生长休止期特异表达的基因)的编码区5’-及3’-序列为引物,藉PCR方法自人脑胶质瘤cDNA文库中扩增出一个181bp的基因片段,并测定了其序列,在基因资料库中未查到任何同源基因存在,但该片段与蛋自激酶C墓因有53.8%的同源性,提示它是一种新的未知基因的片段。

Abstract:By using the 5'-and 3'-sequence of the cording region of PMP-22/ SR 13 gene (a cell growth-arrest specific gene) as primers, a 181 hp of gene fragment was cloned by PCR technique from a-cDNA library of human brain glioblastoma. Its sequence was determined. None of homologue with identical sequence was found in the GENE BANK "GENETYX". The homogeneity between the gene fragment and PMP-22/ SR 13 gene was only 46.9%, hut between the fragment and the gene of protein kinase C it was 53.8%. This result suggested that the gene fragment was not an isomeric form of the PMP-22/ SR 13 gene derived by alternative splicing, but a fragment of a novel unknown gene. The authors are interested to isolate its intact cDNA gene and analyse its sequence.
