交感神经皮肤反应在精神科的应用进展

交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)是脑和脊髓参与下的皮肤催汗反射,所记录到的是与汗腺分泌活动有关的表皮电压变化。SSR可由内源或外源刺激所诱发,通过分析SSR的波幅、波形、潜伏期等对被试状态进行评价。精神障碍患者SSR的潜伏期延长,波幅降低。SSR是准确和客观评价自主神经功能的方法之一,检测方法简单、无创、敏感,在精神障碍的诊断及疗效评估中,具有广阔的研究前景。

Application progress of Sympathetic Skin Response in Psychiatric Department

Sympathetic skin response(SSR)is the response of sweat gland innervated by brain and spinal cord and is recorded as the voltage change related with the secretion of sweat gland.SSR is triggered by the inner or outer sources.By analyzing the amplitude,wave and latency,and through the exploratory study of SSR in mental disorders,some researchers draw the general conclusion that latency prolongs and amplitude reduces.However,the study of SSR in other functional and organic mental disorders is rarely reported.As one of the tests assessing automatic nerve function which is simple,sensitive,accurate,and objective,SSR deserves the further study in the diagnosis and evaluation of mental disorders in the absence of objective laboratory examination.
