| 摘 要： | 通过对12例HBsAg阳性的慢性肝病患者进行以HBsAg为特异性抗原的淋巴细胞转换试验观察、发现所有患者刺激指数（CPM值）均显著降低，（P＜0．01）．证实慢性乙型肝病患者特异性细胞免疫反应功能低下,认为特异性细胞毒性T细胞（Tc）功能欠缺或低下是导致乙型肝炎慢性化的重要原因。并发现其低下程度与肝病的预后呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Determination of spectific lymphocyte transformation test in 121 cases of chronic hepatitis B. Using method of mixing labeled 3H - thymidine,showed that stimulating index of all patients was significant lower than those of controls (P<0.01). The results indicated that ability of the specific cellmediated immunity of chronic hepatitis B went down. we consided the function of specific T cytotoxicity cell (Tc) desending is one of important reason to result in a chronical process hepatitis B. we also found there was a strong relationship between the level of desending and prognosis of the hepatitis B. |
