惠州地区不育男性精液流行病学调查

目的：通过对惠州地区不育男性精液流行病学进行调查，对男性不育提出具体的预防及控制对策。方法选择2008-2012年惠州地区2736例不育男性作为调查对象，分别从时间、地点及年龄三个方面对其精液的流行病学进行分析，并采用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计、处理。结果（1）该地区2008-2012年5年间不育男性精子密度、精子活动率及精子畸形率等均在正常水平以下，且各组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；（2）惠东县不育男性精子密度及精子活动率最高，分别为16.08±3.22百万/ml及14.17±1.82%，惠城县精子畸形率最高，为24.02±5.06%；（3）随着年龄的增大，不育男性精子密度及精子活动率均呈逐渐减小的趋势，而精子畸形率呈逐渐增大的趋势。结论惠州地区不育男性精液质量均有异常现象，不同时间及不同地点患者精液质量变化无明显规律，但不同年龄患者精液质量变化明显；积极采取控制措施，提高男性精液质量，是治疗男性不育症切实有效的办法。

Epidemiological Investigations of Semen of Infertile Men in Huizhou Region

Objective Through epidemiological investigations of semen of infertile men in Huizhou region to propose specific preventive and control measures. Methods 2,736 cases of infertility male in Huizhou region from 2008 to 2012 were surveyed, respectively, in three aspects of time, place and age. The region＇s epidemiological semen of infertile men were analyzed using SPSS16.0 software for data statistics and treatment. Results （1）In the region from 2008 to 2012 five years, infertile male sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm deformity rate are on the levels be-low normal, and each group was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;（2） infertile male sperm den-sity and motility in Huidong county were the highest （16.08±3.22million/ml;14.17%±1.82%）. Hui county sperm deformity rate was the highest （24.02%±5.06%）;（3）With increasing age, infertility, sperm density and motility showed a gradually decreasing trend, while the sperm deformity rate showed a gradually increasing trend. Conclusion Huizhou region infertile men have abnormal se-men quality, different times and different locations semen quality in patients with no obvious rules, but changes in semen quality in patients with age is very obvious; Actively taking control measures to improve semen quality, is not treated an effective education approach.
