| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松性椎体骨折是骨质疏松病人最常见的骨折类型，尤其在老年女性中。严重的骨质疏松性椎体骨折会引起严重的疼痛．使患者失去进行日常活动的能力，伴随着患者死亡率的增加。近年来，针对骨质疏松性椎体骨折的外科手术治疗取得了较大的进展。本文主要针对其进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Osteoporotic vertebral fractures （OVFs） were the most prevalent fractures in osteoporotic patients,especially in older female adults. More severe fractures could cause significant pain, leading to inability to perform daily activity with an increased mortality rate. Recently,the surgical treatment of OVFs had been improved greatly.
