| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Plexin A1在直肠癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法 采用免疫组化和RT-PCR方法检测67例直肠癌组织和45例正常直肠黏膜组织中Plexin A1的表达,并分析Plexin A1与患者临床病理特征的关系.结果 RT-PCR和免疫组织化学结果显示,直肠癌组织中Plexin A1的mRNA表达明显高于癌旁的直肠正常黏膜组织（P＜o.05）.在直肠癌患者中Plexin A1的表达强度与直肠癌的微血管密度（Microvessel density,MVD）、淋巴结转移（P＜o.05）和Dukes分期（P＜o.05）具有相关性.结论 Plexin A1在直肠癌组织中高表达,可能参与了直肠癌的发生发展和血管生成过程,检测Plexin A1的表达能够作为直肠癌的诊断和转移的依据.

| Abstract: | Objective T0 discuss the expression of Plexin A1 in rectal cancer and its relationship with clinical and pathogical factors.Methods：Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR was performed to detect expression of Plexin A1 in 67 rectal cancer samples and analyzed the relationship between the expression of Plexin A1 and the clinicpathological characteristics of patients.Results：RT-PCR and immunohistochem istry results revealed that Plexin A1 expression in the rectal cancer tissue was significantly higher than normal mucosa of rectum tissue （P ＜0.05）.The expression of Plexin A1 was closely related to microvessel density （MVD）,lymph node metastasis （P ＜0.05） and Dukes staging （P ＜0.05） in patients with rectal cancer.Conclusion：The expression of Plexin A1 in rectal cancer tissue was associated with tumor angiogenesis.Monitoring the expression of Plexin A1 can predict rectal cancer metastasis. |
