置管对口引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床研究

目的研究置管对口引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的效果和临床价值。方法将200例高位肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组采用置管对口引流术，对照组采用低位切开高位挂线术，观察两组治愈率、复发率、手术时间、住院时间、术后明显肛门疼痛发生率、术后肛门控便功能。结果两组患者治愈率相当。但观察组明显缩短了手术时间和住院时间，且在术后疼痛、术后肛门控便功能方面均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论置管对口引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿，疗效满意，安全、微创，是治疗高位肛周脓肿的有效方法。

Study of drainage tube and contradrainage in treating high perianal abscess

Objective To study the effectiveness and clinical value of drainage tube and contradrainage in treat- menting high perianal abscess. Methods 200 cases of high perianal abscess patients were randomly divided into ex- perimental group and the control group { n = 100 ） , the experimental group was treated by drainage tube and cont- radrainage , the control group was treated by low-cut and high seton surgery1 Observed cure rate, relapse rate, op- eration time, hospital stay, significant postoperative anal pain,the pain of anal sphincter. Results There were quite a cure. but in the experimental group, operative time and hospital stay were significantly shortened, the local pain was alleviated without causing any anus disfunction, P 〈 0. 05. Cotaelusion The drainage method by drainage tube and contradrainage is satisfactory, safe, mini-invasive, which is an effective method for treating high perianal ab- scess.
