| 摘 要： | 艾条熏灸：每次熏灸前应将创面坏死组织修去，清除脓性分泌物，显露缺损创面。取清艾条1～2支，如创面较大或多个创面，可分别点燃文条熏灸患处。每次熏灸时间在30～60分钟左右，艾条与创面的距离在5～8cm之间，以患者不感到烧灼为宜。每日1～2次。熏灸时可将文条缓缓移动，如将文条置于创面下方则效果更好。灸后创面常规给予无菌生理盐水纱布覆盖，如初起脓液较多可给予雷夫奴尔纱布或庆大霉素生理盐水纱布覆盖。游离植皮：本法仅对那些创面较大、治疗时间过长的患者使用。28例软组织缺损患者经熏灸治疗2～6周。20例创面愈合；7例行游离皮…

Clinical Observation on 28 Cases of Defect of Soft Tissue Treated with Moxibustion |

| Abstract: | Pure moxa fuming moxibustion on local region was used to treat 28 cases of defect of soft tissuecaused by trauma or bone infection. Results:26 cases of them gained satis factory curative effects, period of treatment being shortened. The method could promoted the grow of granulation tissue, improvelocal nutritive conditions and decrease in purulent secretion.
