| 摘 要： | 西部贫困地区农户为规避疾病风险,一般采取社交圈网内的风险统筹、跨时期收入转移和谨慎生产等方式,但作用有限。新型农村合作医疗制度可以将农户的疾病风险转嫁给社会,更大程度地实现减轻疾病对农民带来的经济损失。

| Abstract: | West the poor area peasant household for the circumvention disease risk,adopts in the public relations hoop net generally the risk overall plan,the cross time income shift,the discrete production unilaterally and so on the ways,but affects limitedly.The countryside new cooperative medical treatment system may pass the burden peasant household＇s disease risk for the society,the greater degree realization reduces disease the economic loss which brings to the farmer. |
