| 摘 要： | 1例48岁女性患者因双眼前闪光感，拟散瞳检查眼底，给予复方托吡卡胺滴眼液滴眼约30分钟后，出现心跳呼吸骤停，可能与药物用法不当及长期使用抗抑郁药有关，经抢救恢复正常。

| Abstract: | A 48-year-old woman patient was given compound tropicamide eye drops for fundus examination by my-driasis because of aethomma. The patient got cardiopulmonary arrest about 30 minutes after receiving the eye drops. The adverse reaction was probably related to the improper use of drugs and longterm use of antidepressants. The pa-tient recovered after receiving emergency treatment. |
