| 摘 要： | 目的：建立治伤消瘀丸中士的宁和马钱子碱含量测定的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm）；以甲醇-0.01 mol/L 磷酸氢二钾溶液（27∶73）（用10%磷酸调节 pH 至2.5）为流动相；流速为1.0 mL/min；柱温30℃；检测波长为260 nm。结果：士的宁在0.1298～1.2976μg 范围内线性关系良好（r =0.9993，n =6），平均回收率为98.77%（RSD ＝1.10%，n =6）；马钱子碱在0.1107～1.1072μg 范围内线性关系良好（r =0.9991，n =6），平均回收率为98.73%（RSD ＝0.68%，n =6）。结论：该方法操作简单，分离度高，回收率好，适用于治伤消瘀丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of strychnine and brucine in zhishangxiaoyu pills. Methods：Kromasil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used with methanol-0.01 mol/L potassium hydrogen phosphate solution （27∶73）（with 10% phosphoric acid for pH adjustment to 2.5） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was at 30 ℃ and UV detection was at 260 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.129 8 - 1.297 6 μg （r = 0.999 3,n = 6） for strychnine and 0.110 7 - 1.107 2 μg （r =0.999 1, n = 6） for brucine, and the average recovery was and 98.77%（RSD = 1.10%,n = 6）and 98.73%（RSD = 0.68%, n = 6）for strychnine and brucine respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple with a high degree of separation and good recovery rate, it is suitable for the quality control of zhishangxiaoyu pills. |
