| 摘 要： | 1例62岁女性患者因急性胰腺炎入院。予静脉滴注维生素 K1时出现呼吸困难，脸红，血压0 mmHg，考虑为过敏性休克，立即停用维生素 K1，并给予抗过敏治疗，症状缓解。

| Abstract: | A 62-year-old female patient was hospitalized for an acute pancreatitis. Her difficulty in breathing happened when she received the intravenous drip of vitamin K1 and her blood pressure reached to 0 mmHg. She was diagnosed as an allergic shock, and vitamin K1 was stopped for use immediately while antianaphylactic treatment was given, and then the symptoms were alleviated. |
