| 摘 要： | 1例24岁女性剖宫产术后给予抗感染处理，使用头孢他啶4 d后，面部及躯干部位出现斑片状红疹、瘙痒，呈均匀对称性分布，给予抗过敏治疗，并改用阿米卡星注射液抗感染，3 d后患者症状稍有好转，给予泼尼松片口服，次日患者症状消失。

| Abstract: | A 24-year-old woman received an IV infusion of ceftazidime for anti-infection after cesarean section. After 4 days of continuous use of ceftazidime, patchy rash and itching appeared on her face and torso in a homogeneously symmetrical distribution. Anti-anaphylaxis treatment was given and amikacin injection was used instead of ceftazidime in the anti-infective treatment. Three days later, the patient’s symptoms were partially improved and oral prednisone tablets were given. The next day, her symptoms disappreared. |
