基于医院信息系统的数字化病区设舌及实现

目的探讨数字化病区设计及实现的方案。方法设计基于医院信息系统（HIS）以电子病历（EMR）为核心、以医疗质量和运营管理为主线的数字化病区架构体系。结果构建了融合临床医疗护理、药品器材及后勤保障、质量监控、绩效考核、成本核算及办公管理等多系统的数字化病区建设模式。结论数字化病区的构建，实现了医疗业务、行政事务全过程的智能化操作与自动化管理，建成了以“病人为中心”的温馨、便捷、智能、高效的医疗服务环境。

Design and Realization of HIS-based Digital Wards

Objective To explore design and application of digital wards. Methods Design of HIS-based （Hospital Information System） digital wards centered on the EMR （Electronic Medical Records）, taken medical quality and operating management as principal line. Results In combination with the clinical medical treatment system, the drugs, devices ＆ logistics system, the quality monitoring system, the performance evaluation system, the costs calculation ＆ office administration system, a multi-system digital ward was established. Conclusion Construction of digital wards contributed to the full-process intelligent operation and automatic management of medical services and administration affairs, and made the patients-oriented medical environment accessible to patients.
