| 摘 要： | 基于二代身份证的储值就诊卡，架设医院与银行、市民卡中心的数据交换通道，规范各系统间的通讯接口标准，建立白助医疗服务系统。自助医疗服务系统的应用优化了就医流程，提升了服务效率，改善了服务质量，推进了区域化医疗进程。

| Abstract: | Based on the medical card which is linked to the second-generation ID card, data exchange channels among banks, the civil card center and hospitals are established to normalize the communication interface standard among systems and establish self-help medical service system. The medical procedures has been optimized and the service efficiency and quality has been improved with the application of the system so that the regional medical process has been promoted. |
