23例成人病毒性肺炎CT影像表现分析

目的探讨成人病薄性肺炎的CT影像表现特征.方法回顾性分析本院23例经临床确诊的成人病毒性肺炎患者的CT影像资料，分析其病变形态、范围、伴发改变、发展与转归等情况。结果观察到磨玻璃影20例、碎石征13例、小片状模糊影15例、大片状实变影5例、支气管气象J5例、小结竹影6例、胸膜下网状影5例、条索影7例及支气管血管束增粗6例，伴舣侧胸腔积液者18例、胸膜增厚3例、气胸1例、纵隔淋巴结增大4例、肺门增大3例、病变累及双侧所有肺叶肺段者17例、在吸收期，11例患者中观察到磨玻璃影、小片状模糊影较网状影吸收稍快．8例患者中观察到内中惜病灶较外带病灶吸收稍快。结论本组成人病薄性肺炎CT表现以间质性病变为主，伴不同程度肺实质受累．磨玻璃影及碎石征为特征性表现，常伴胸腔积液，病变在肺内分布无特异性.

Analysis of CT Findings of Viral Pneumonia in 23 Adult Patients

Objective To discuss the CT findings of viral pneumonia in adults. Methods The CT findings of 23 clinically-confirmed adult patients with viral pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed, including the morphology, scope, concomitant changes and development that were associated with pathological changes. Results Among all the cases in this study, ground-glass-like shadow was revealed in 20 cases; 13 had the signs of crnshed stones; small patchy shadow in 15 cases; large patchy opacification shadow in 5 cases; signs of bronchi in 15 cases; small nodal shadow in 6 cases; net-like sub-pleural shadows in 5 cases; streaky shadow in 7 cases; the thickened bronchial vascular bundle in 6 cases;bilateral pleural effusion in 18 cases; thickened pleurae in 3 cases; pneumothorax in 1 case; enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes in 4 cases; enlarged hilus pulmonis in 3 cases. All the pulmonary lobes and segments on the bilateral sises were involved in 17 cases. During the absorption period, ground-glass shadow and small patch shadow were revealed in ll patients to have faster absorption than the net-like shadow; whereas, 8 patients showed slightly faster absorption in internal lesions than external ones. Conclusion Viral pneumonia adult patients in this study demonstrated the main CT features of interstitial lesions accompanied with involved lung parenchyma of different degrees and had typical manifestations of ground-glass shadow and crushed stones that were often associated with pleura effusion with non- specific distribution of lesions in the lungs.
