恶性肿瘤患儿红细胞免疫功能的检测

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患儿红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法用花环试验检测恶性肿瘤患儿红细胞免疫功能。结果与正常儿童或良性肿瘤患儿相比，恶性肿瘤患儿RBC-C3b受体花环率及促进率显著降低(P<0.01)；RBCIC花环率及RBC-C3b受体花环抑制率显著升高(P<0.01)；4项肿瘤红细胞花环试验指标均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论恶性肿瘤患儿红细胞免疫功能是低下的，红细胞免疫功能的检测对于探讨小儿恶性肿瘤的发病机理和治疗措施具有一定的意义。

Test of immune functions of erythrocytes of children with malignant tumors

Objective To investigate the changes of immune functions of erythrocytes of children with malignant tumors. Methods The floral hoop method was employed to test the immune functions of erythrocytes of children with malignant tumors. Results Compared to the normal control group or the benign tumor group, the positive rates of RB receptor rosette test and RBC C 3b receptor rosette enhance test of the malignant tumor group was significantly lower ( P < 0.01 ); the positive rates of RBC IC rosette test and RBC C 3b receptor rosette inhibitor test of the malignant tumor group was significantly higher ( P < 0.01 ); rates of four kinds of tumor erythrocyte rosette test of the malignant tumor group was remarkably lower ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ).Conclusions Immune functions of erythrocytes of children with malignant tumors was low. The test of the erythrocyte immune function is helpful for the exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment of malignant tumor in children.
