卫生学校学生抑郁情绪调查及相关因素分析

目的了解青少年中发生抑郁症状的现状，并分析相关的影响因素。方法用抑郁自评量表对890名卫校学生进行测评，帮助抑郁症状检出阳性的学生寻找原因，并针对原因实施健康教育措施。结果抑郁症状检出率为5．84％（52／890），其中男性检出率7，75％（10／119），女性检出率5．52％（42／719）。通过健康教育干预，抑郁症状缓解率为96％（50／52）。2位学生用药后也得到缓解。健康教育干预前SDS分为43．83±6．82，干预后为29．35±7．35，差异有统计学意义（t=10．4139，P〈0．01）。结论青少年产生抑郁症状通过针对性的健康干预，可获得良好的效果。

Self-examination of depression among the school students

Objective: To evaluate the current situation of the adolescent depression symptoms and analyze the related influential factors.
