即刻种植和早期种植对前牙美学区种植体周围软组织的影响

分析即刻种植与早期种植对前牙美学区种植体周围软组织的影响。方法 选取平邑县中医医院2021年6月-2022年6月收治的28例单颗前牙缺失患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及试验组，每组14例。其中参考组采取早期种植，试验组采取即刻种植，比较两组软组织美学效果、骨吸收水平、修复满意度。结果 两组种植成功率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；试验组治疗1、3、6、12个月PES评分高于参考组（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗1、3、12个月骨吸收水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；试验组治疗6个月骨吸收水平低于参考组（P＜0.05）；试验组修复满意度为100.00%，高于参考组的57.14%（P ＜0.05）。结论 相较于早期种植，即刻种植在改善前牙美学区种植体周围软组织的美学效果方面具有良好优势，该种植方法具有较高的种植成功率及安全性，能够有效降低种植后早期骨吸收水平，患者对其修复效果表示非常满意。

Effect of Immediate and Early Implant on the Soft Tissue Around the Implant in theAnterior Aesthetic Area

To analyze the effects of immediate and early implant on the soft tissue around the implant inthe anterior teeth aesthetic area. Methods A total of 28 patients with single anterior tooth loss admitted to Pingyi CountyHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According tothe random number table method, they were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 14 patients in eachgroup. The reference group was treated with early implant, and the experimental group was treated with immediate implant.The soft tissue aesthetic effect, bone resorption level and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the success rate of implantation between the two groups (P >0.05). The PES scores ofthe experimental group at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months of treatment were higher than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Therewas no significant difference in bone resorption level between the two groups at 1, 3 and 12 months after treatment (P >0.05),but the level of bone resorption in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group after 6 months oftreatment (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 57.14% of thereference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with early implant, immediate implant has a good advantage in improvingthe aesthetic effect of soft tissue around the implant in the anterior teeth aesthetic area. This implantation method has a highsuccess rate and safety, and can effectively reduce the level of early bone resorption after implantation, meanwhile patientsare very satisfied with its repair effect.
