早期高压氧治疗透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻术后并发症的临床效果

探究对透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻术后并发症采用早期高压氧治疗的效果。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年7月于我院行透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻术后出现相关并发症（血管栓塞、视网膜中央动脉阻塞）的58例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予早期高压氧治疗,比较两组临床疗效、瘀斑面积及视力水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为89.66%,高于对照组的65.52%（P ＜0.05）;研究组治疗后7、14、21 d面部瘀斑面积均小于对照组（P ＜0.05）;研究组治疗后7、14、21 d视力均优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 早期高压氧治疗透明质酸钠凝胶注射隆鼻术后并发症的效果理想,可有效缩小患者的面部瘀斑面积,且视力恢复较好,建议在早期治疗时积极应用。

Clinical Effect of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Complications After AugmentationRhinoplasty with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel Injection

To explore the clinical effect of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy on complications after augmentationrhinoplasty with sodium hyaluronate gel injection. Methods A total of 58 patients with related complications (vascular embolism,central retinal artery occlusion) after augmentation rhinoplasty with sodium hyaluronate gel injection in our hospital from July2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 29 patientsin each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the study group was given early hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The clinical efficacy, ecchymosis area and visual acuity were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rateof treatment in the study group was 89.66%, which was higher than 65.52% in the control group (P <0.05). The area of facialecchymosis in the study group was smaller than that in the control group at 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment (P <0.05). The visualacuity of the study group was better than that of the control group at 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Earlyhyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of complications after augmentation rhinoplasty with sodium hyaluronate gelinjection, which can effectively reduce the area of facial ecchymosis and improve the visual acuity. It is recommended to be activelyapplied in early treatment.
