甘草酸苷面膜对面部敏感性肌肤高反应状态的辅助治疗效果研究

探讨甘草酸苷面膜对面部敏感性肌肤高反应状态的改善效果。方法 选取2022年4月-10月 于重庆市中医院皮肤科门诊就诊的108例面部敏感性肌肤患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组 和观察组，每组54例。对照组使用透明质酸修复贴敷料进行辅助治疗，观察组给予甘草酸苷面膜进行 辅助治疗，比较两组敏感指数、临床疗效、皮肤无创定量检测指标、综合使用感。结果 两组治疗后敏 感指数均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为75.00%，高于对照组的 37.74%（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后TEWL低于治疗前，角质层含水量高于治疗前，且观察组治疗后TEWL低 于对照组，角质层含水量高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组对面膜的贴合度、吸收度、滋润感、方便性、接 受度及满意度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 甘草酸苷面膜可有效改善面部敏感肌患者皮肤的高反 应状态，修复敏感肌，且使用方便，患者易于接受。

Study on the Adjuvant Therapeutic Effect of Glycyrrhizin Mask on the High Response State of Facial Sensitive Skin

To investigate the effect of glycyrrhizin mask on the improvement of high response state of facial sensitive skin. Methods A total of 108 patients with facial sensitive skin who were treated in the dermatology clinic of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 54 patients in each group. The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid repair dressing for adjuvant treatment, and the observation group was treated with glycyrrhizin mask for adjuvant treatment. The sensitivity index, clinical efficacy, non-invasive quantitative detection index of skin and comprehensive use sense were compared between the two groups. Results The sensitivity index of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 75.00%, which was higher than 37.74% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, TEWL in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that before treatment, while TEWL in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of adhesion, absorption, moisturizing, convenience, acceptance and satisfaction of the mask in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Glycyrrhizin mask can effectively improve the high response state of skin in patients with facial sensitive skin, repair sensitive muscles, and is easy to use and easy to be accepted by patients.
