支链氨基酸代谢与胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘    要:]支链氨基酸是一类人体无法合成、主要靠外源性摄入的必需氨基酸。循环血液中支链氨基酸水平与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,其中哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白复合物1通路激活是支链氨基酸调控胰岛素抵抗的关键途径。本文就支链氨基酸的代谢过程及其在胰岛素抵抗形成中的作用和调控机制进行综述。

Abstract:Branched-chain amino acids are a type of essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize thus mainly relying on exogenous intake. The level of branched-chain amino acids in the circulating blood is closely related to insulin resistance, and the activation of mammalian rapamycin target protein complex 1 pathway is a key pathway for branched-chain amino acids to regulate insulin resistance. This article reviews the metabolic process of branched-chain amino acids and their roles and regulatory mechanisms in insulin resistance.
