| 摘 要： | 文章首次提出男科“对病”概念，指出阳痿与阳强、早泄与精闭、性欲低下与性欲亢进是男科3对典型的“对病”，各对疾病的发病学、证候学、治疗学等有同有异。男科临床中如能把握男科“对病”论治的同与异，既能拓展男科疾病诊治思维，又能提高男科临床疗效。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the concept of "contrary diseases" in the field of andrology for the first time, highlighting that impotence is contrary to excessive erection, premature ejaculation contrasts with seminal retention, and low libido opposes excessive libido, forming three typical pairs of "contrary diseases" in andrology. These pairs of diseases exhibit both similarities and differences in terms of epidemiology, clinical presentation, and treatment strategies. Understanding the commonalities and disparities in the treatment of "contrary diseases" in andrology not only broadens the diagnostic and therapeutic perspectives for male-specific diseases but also enhances clinical efficacy in the field of andrology. |
