舌癌术后智能语音功能康复训练系统的开发与应用

目的 探讨基于体感控制的智能语音功能康复训练系统在舌癌术后患者语音康复中的应用效果。方法 将78例舌癌术后语音功能障碍的患者按照时间段分为对照组与观察组各39例；对照组实施常规康复训练，观察组开发基于体感控制的智能语音功能康复训练系统，用于患者训练。干预6个月后评价效果。结果 观察组语音清晰度评分及癌症患者生活质量各功能维度评分显著高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论 该智能训练系统的应用有助于提高舌癌术后患者语音训练效果，从而提升生活质量。

Design and application of intelligent speech rehabilitation training system after tongue cancer surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of somatosensory-controlled speech rehabilitation training system on speech rehabilitation in tongue cancer patients after surgery. Methods Seventy-eight tongue cancer patients with speech dysfunction after surgery were chronologically assigned to two groups, with 39 in each group. The control group was given usual rehabilitation training, while the observation group received speech rehabilitation training using a somatosensory-controlled system. Results Six months after the intervention, the scores of speech intelligibility and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Application of intelligent speech rehabilitation training system can improve rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients after tongue cancer surgery.
