寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者行虎符铜砭刮痧效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨虎符铜砭刮痧疗法用于寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者的效果。方法 将70例寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组实施常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上行虎符铜砭刮痧。连续干预4周后评价效果。结果 干预后,观察组患者疼痛评分、中医症候评分均显著低于对照组,日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 虎符铜砭刮痧可有效改善寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛症状和中医症候,提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Hufutongbian scraping therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome. Methods Seventy patients with cold-dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis were randomized into one of two groups. The control group (n=35) received routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group additionally received Hufutongbian scraping therapy. The effect was evaluated after 4 weeks of intervention. Results After intervention, the observation group had significantly lower pain score and TCM syndrome score, whereas higher activities of daily living score compared with the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Hufutongbian scraping therapy can effectively reduce pain and TCM syndrome in patients with cold-dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis and improve their ability of activities of daily living.
