精细化护理在光子嫩肤治疗外伤后瘢痕患者中的应用

分析对光子嫩肤治疗外伤后瘢痕患者采取精细化护理的效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年 2月平邑皮肤病防治站收治的68例外伤后瘢痕患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及试验组， 每组34例。参考组行常规护理，试验组行精细化护理，比较两组护理效果、焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意 度。结果 试验组护理总有效率为94.12%，高于参考组的70.59%（P＜0.05）；试验组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分 低于参考组（P ＜0.05）；试验组护理满意度为97.06%，高于参考组的73.53%（P ＜0.05）。结论 在光子嫩 肤治疗外伤后瘢痕患者中行精细化护理干预，可提高护理效果，缓解其负面情绪，提升护理满意度。

Application of Refined Nursing in Patients with Scar After Trauma Treated by Photonrejuvenation

To analyze the effect of refined nursing on patients with scar after trauma treated by photonrejuvenation. Methods A total of 68 patients with scar after trauma admitted to Pingyi Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Station from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 34 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received refined nursing. The nursing effect, anxiety, depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.12%, which was higher than 70.59% in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.06%, which was higher than 73.53% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing intervention in patients with scar after trauma treated by photonrejuvenation can improve the nursing effect, alleviate their negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
